What are you going to do

  • Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines perspektivisch 4-6‑köpfigen Expertenteams im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für Architektur, technische Vision und Softwarequalität
  • Planung und Steuerung der Roadmap für Track Planning, Multi‑Robot‑Koordination und Section Control
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden, Forschungspartnern und internen Stakeholdern

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Konzeption und Entwicklung dynamischer, globaler und lokaler Fahrspurplanung für autonome/teilautonome Systeme
  • Berücksichtigung feldspezifischer Rahmenbedingungen wie Topologie, Maschinenparameter, Verfahrensketten und Prozesslogik
  • Entwicklung von Algorithmen und Modulen aus den Bereichen:
    • Motion & Path Planning (z. B. A*, D*, RRT*, Trajectory Optimization)
    • Task‑ & Action Planning (PDDL/HTN, regelbasierte Verfahren)
    • Multi‑Robot‑Koordination inkl. ad‑hoc‑Replanning bei Ausfällen
    • Hybride Section Control (reaktiv + deliberativ)
    • Constraint Satisfaction & Optimierung
  • Aufbau einer robusten, deterministischen Softwarearchitektur für autonome Feldprozesse
  • Einrichtung einer simulationsgetriebenen Entwicklungs‑ und Testumgebung
