What are you going to do

  • Qualitätssicherungsrolle für SPS- und Automatisierungssoftware im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität über alle Projektphasen hinweg, von Entwicklung über Test bis Inbetriebnahme
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards, Teststrategien und Prüfprozessen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Modul-, Integrations- und Systemtests
  • Analyse von Fehlern, Schwachstellen und Abweichungen in SPS-Programmen
  • Ableitung, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung, Inbetriebnahme, Projektmanagement und externen Partnern
  • Erstellung von Testdokumentation, Qualitätskennzahlen und Reports für relevante Stakeholder
  • Geeignet für Kandidaten mit Erfahrung in SPS, Automatisierungstechnik, Softwaretest und Qualitätssicherung
  • Keine reine SPS-Programmierstelle, sondern eine prüfende und steuernde Qualitätsrolle mit technischem Fokus auf Automatisierungssoftware

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Softwaretest oder Testmanagement von Automatisierungssoftware und SPS-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung, z. B. Beckhoff, Siemens oder IEC 61131-3
  • Erfahrung mit Testmethoden, Testkonzepten, Modul-, Integrations- und Systemtests
  • Kenntnisse in automatisierten Tests im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit zur Fehleranalyse, Schwachstellenbewertung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Erfahrung in Dokumentation von Testergebnissen, Qualitätskennzahlen, Abweichungen und Reports
  • Schnittstellenkompetenz im Austausch mit Entwicklung, Inbetriebnahme, Projektmanagement, Kunden und externen Partnern
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Qualitätsbewusstsein, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sicheres Auftreten bei Qualitätsthemen
