What are you going to do

Unterstützung bei der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung - insbesondere im Kostencontrolling und in der Terminverfolgung
Mitwirkung bei der Ausschreibung von Leistungen und Materialbeschaffungen
Vorbereitung, Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen
Pflege und Bearbeitung projektbezogener Unterlagen sowie Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts
Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
Erfassung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Projektdaten im Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS)

Essential skills and knowledge

Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Bezug zu Projektmanagement oder Controlling
Erste Erfahrungen im Projektcontrolling, Einkauf oder Bauadministration von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Excel); ERP/DMS-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
