Als Eventmanager*in in der Unternehmenskommunikation übernimmst Du das ganzheitliche Projektmanagement für eine breite Palette an Veranstaltungsformaten, darunter Messen, Fachkonferenzen, medienwirksame Events zu Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Mitarbeitenden‑Festivals.

What are you going to do

  • Entwicklung von Event‑Konzepten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Pitches
  • Projektorganisation und ‑steuerung, u. a. durch Aufsetzen und Führen von Projektplänen
  • Koordination aller internen und externen Gewerke
  • Zentralein** für Auftraggeber und alle Beteiligten über sämtliche Projektphasen hinweg
  • Leitung und Moderation projektbezogener Besprechungen
  • Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen sowie verantwortliche Budgetkontrolle
  • Prüfung und Einhaltung veranstaltungsspezifischer Regularien, Genehmigungen und Versicherungen
  • Verantwortung für das Sicherheitsmanagement
  • Programmplanung inklusive Künstler‑ und Speaker‑Booking
  • Initiierung und Begleitung der veranstaltungsbezogenen Einkaufsprozesse
  • Koordination und Umsetzung des Teilnehmermanagements
  • Durchführung der Veranstaltungen vor Ort
  • Erfolgsmessung und Nachbereitung der Events

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Projektmanagement, Wirtschafts‑ oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, oder
    abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Veranstaltungskauffrau / ‑kaufmann
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Eventmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke sowie Blick für Details und das große Ganze
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Projektteams, Dienstleistern und Auftraggebern
  • Teamplayer‑Mentalität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation von Vorteil
