What are you going to do

Eigenverantwortliche Finanzielle Projektsteuerung entlang des Projekts.
Finanzielle Betreuung sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung der dazugehörigen Projektkostenstelle, d.h. Sicherstellung der korrekten Projektabrechnung über die einzelnen Arbeitspakete.
Erstellung der Transparenz der tatsächlichen Kosten (IST Kosten) im Vergleich zum ursprünglichen Projektplan.
Planung und Berichterstattung der Kosten über die Arbeitspakete sowie die Weiter-Verrechnung an die Legal Einheit zur Sicherstellung des korrekten Ausweises als Special Reporting Item (SRI).

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation notwendig
Berufserfahrung in der Beratung/Koordination an der Schnittstelle zwischen Finance & Controlling und IT sowie Erfahrung in Programm/ Projekt Management, Projekt-, Bereichs- oder Ergebniscontrolling erforderlich
Sehr gute Kenntnisse über „Project Management", IT-Services, Controlling- und Steuerungssysteme von Vorteil
Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld und mit Business Intelligence Lösungen sowie Expertenkenntnisse in Excel und Power BI wünschenswert
Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen notwendig
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
