What are you going to do

Als projectmanager speel je een sleutelrol in complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen. Je coördineert, bewaakt en stuurt op resultaat.

Wat ga je doen?

Coördineren en bewaken van planningen, budgetten en kwaliteit
Sturen op samenwerking tussen verschillende vakdisciplines
Begeleiden van interne besluitvormingsprocessen
Monitoren van voortgang en risico's en hierover adviseren

Essential skills and knowledge

HBO werk- en denkniveau in een relevante richting
Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in gebiedsontwikkeling
Kennis van binnenstedelijke herontwikkeling en besluitvormingsprocessen
Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en omgevingsbewustzijn
Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden
Ervaring met complexe projecten is een pré
