Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider Industrie die ons team kan versterken. Als Projectleider Industrie bij Brunel International ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van projecten op klantlocaties en het opzetten van een efficiënte organisatiestructuur om een optimale samenwerking te bevorderen.

What are you going to do

Als Projectleider Industrie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, organiseren en aansturen van een uitvoeringsteam op een klantlocatie. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatiestructuur en coördineert de werkzaamheden van het team om een optimale samenwerking te bevorderen. Je hebt contact met de opdrachtgever om de voortgang van het project te bespreken en om eventuele problemen op te lossen.
Je zorgt er ook voor dat alle veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd en bevordert een veilige werkomgeving voor het team. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de projectfinanciën en het opstellen van rapportages over de voortgang van het project.

Essential skills and knowledge

- Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals technische bedrijfskunde of werktuigbouwkunde- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de industrie
- Kennis van projectmanagementmethoden en -technieken- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- In staat om een team aan te sturen en te motiveren
