What are you going to do

Relevant engineering degree (Civil or equivalent).
Proven track record with reputable contractors or consultants in the UAE/Dubai market.
Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager specifically in road infrastructure projects.
Minimum 10 years of total work experience in the UAE. good experience for water with Scada and Shutdown，NDRC, Stormwater, Etisalat and Road Works.
Proven strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred additional qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles (planning, execution, handover).
Familiarity with UAE road design standards and authority regulations (e.g., RTA, DM).
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
