What are you going to do

Als ervaren Programma Management Ondersteuner (PMO) speel jij een sleutelrol in het succes van onze strategische projecten bij onze klanten. Jij zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde uitvoering en duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Wat ga je doen?

- Plannen en coördineren van programma-activiteiten

- Opstellen van voortgangsrapportages en presentaties

- Beheren van projectdocumentatie en administratie

- Ondersteunen bij communicatie richting interne en externe partijen

- Budgetbewaking

- Organiseren vergaderingen, workshops en medewerkersbijeenkomsten

Essential skills and knowledge

- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een ondersteunende rol binnen programma- of projectmanagement

- Het P3O-certificaat is een pre

- Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden

- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en goede kennis van MS Office en projectmanagementtools

- Communicatief sterk en een scherp oog voor detail

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 5.000 afhankelijk van ervaring
