What are you going to do

Als Product Owner (Profit) ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het maximaliseren van de businesswaarde van een product of dienst met een duidelijke commerciële doelstelling. Je stuurt op rendement, groei en klantwaarde en vertaalt strategische ambities naar een heldere productvisie en roadmap.

Je werkt intensief samen met stakeholders uit business, sales, marketing en IT en weet commerciële kansen te vertalen naar concrete backlog-items. Daarbij maak je scherpe keuzes op basis van data, klantinzichten en ROI.

Ontwikkelen en uitdragen van een duidelijke productvisie en roadmap
Maximaliseren van commerciële waarde, omzet en rendement
Prioriteren en beheren van de product backlog op basis van businesswaarde
Vertalen van markt- en klantbehoeften naar epics en user stories
Stakeholdermanagement met o.a. business, sales, marketing en IT
Monitoren van KPI's zoals omzet, conversie, klanttevredenheid en ROI
Samenwerken met Agile teams aan continue productoptimalisatie
Onderbouwen van keuzes met data en business cases

Essential skills and knowledge

Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau
Minimaal 3-6 jaar ervaring als Product Owner of in een vergelijkbare commerciële rol
Aantoonbare ervaring met profitgedreven producten of diensten
Sterk in het maken van commerciële en strategische afwegingen
Ervaring met Agile/Scrum-werkwijzen
Ervaring met digitale producten, platforms of SaaS is een pré
