Introduction
Piping QC Inspector with keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality control processes, and a passion for ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What are you going to do
- Responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating piping systems to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to identify any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conducting inspections
- Verifying compliance with project specifications
- Ensuring safety standards are met throughout the construction process
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection, specifically in the petrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, and API
- Experience with non-destructive testing methods and inspection techniques
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Certification as a welding inspector (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our projects.
