What are you going to do

Lead the full physical design process from concept to tape-out, ensuring designs meet all technical specifications.
Execute floorplanning, placement, (top-level) routing, verification, and design finishing within the Cadence environment.
Oversee planning, documentation, quality checks, and review cycles, while coordinating with and guiding other physical designers.
Participate in and chair improvement initiatives and quality meetings, and keep technology-specific documentation up to date.

Essential skills and knowledge

You are flexible, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team-oriented, innovative environment. You take initiative, lead by example, and enjoy sharing your expertise.

In addition, you have:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
Experience in physical design.
Strong hands-on experience with Cadence tools, especially Virtuoso.
Knowledge of high-frequency or mmWave design (preferred).

A gross monthly salary depending on your experience, excluding 8% holiday pay.
