Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in HR, Personalentwicklung oder Weiterbildungsmanagement
Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Projekten und Zusatzaufgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

Eigenständige Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements
Erstellung von Verträgen und Zeugnissen, Dokumentenpflege
Organisation und Dokumentation von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Schulungssystems
Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und Sonderaufgaben
