What are you going to do

  • Anlage von sämtlichen Neuzugängen (Betriebsrentner, Verstorbene mit Hinterbliebenen, Kombi-Pakt, Entfristungen/Verlängerungen von Waisen)

  • Bearbeitung telefonischer Anliegen von Rentner/innen und Hinterbliebenen über das Pensions-Servicetelefon und Beantwortung schriftlicher Anfragen über das Jira-Ticketsystem

  • Bearbeiten von Einmalzahlungen (Nachzahlungen u. ä.) sowie Einhaltungen (z. B. persönliche Abzüge) bzw. Betragsänderungen

  • Ermitteln von Forderungen bei Verstorbenen (ohne Hinterbliebene) und bei sonstigen Austritten

  • Bearbeiten von Meldungen im Rahmen des Zahlstellen-Meldeverfahrens der Krankenkassen und Erstellen von Meldungen im ELStAM-Verfahren und Durchführen von Zahlungseinstellungen und -wiederaufnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung und/oder Entgeltabrechnung

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht

  • Sicher im Umgang mit SAP HR und Ticketsystemen wie Jira sowie im Umgang mit MS Office

  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
