What are you going to do

Wat ga je doen?

Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille en zorgt voor tijdige en correcte verwerking van orders.
Je organiseert (inter)nationale transporten via weg, zee of lucht en zorgt voor de juiste documentatie.
Je verzorgt de facturatie volgens de geldende incoterms.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, logistieke dienstverleners en interne teams zoals Sales, Supply Chain en Quality.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt ook in een hectische omgeving het hoofd koel. Je denkt in oplossingen en communiceert helder. Daarnaast heb je:

Minimaal een mbo+/hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of commerciële richting.
Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bij voorkeur in een internationale werkomgeving.
Ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) en Microsoft Office.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Affiniteit met export, douane en logistieke wet- en regelgeving is een pré.

Een bruto maandsalaris tot €4100 (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
26 vakantiedagen, met de mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding.

Flexibiliteit: hybride werken is mogelijk (standaard 3 dagen op kantoor, 2 dagen thuis).
