What are you going to do

Einholen von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Preisvergleichen
Umsetzung und Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses von der Bedarfsanforderung bis zum Wareneingang
Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen
Sicherstellung des Mahnwesens in Bezug auf Liefertermine und ausstehende Auftragsbestätigungen
Klärung von Rechnungs‑ und Lieferabweichungen
Bearbeitung von Mängelrügen, Reklamationen und Reparaturaufträgen
Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Strategic Procurement
Schriftliche und mündliche Korrespondenz mit in‑ und ausländischen Lieferanten sowie internen Ansprechpartnern

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung als kaufmännische/r Mitarbeiter/in (w/m/d)

Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im Einkauf

Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System

Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP MM

Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
