Introduction

Brunel is seeking a Network Cabling Technician to work with one of our clients! This opportunity involves a one-year outsourced contract (with the possibility of annual renewal) based in Georgetown.

What are you going to do

Configure and integrate security systems with existing IT infrastructure to ensure effective operation.
Assess sites and identify security needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure systems remain fully operational.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and connectivity.
Monitor system activity and analyze logs to detect potential risks or incidents.
Manage and maintain network security tools, including firewalls and threat protection systems.
Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improve system resilience.
Implement and manage access control measures to protect systems and data.
Configure automated security responses to enhance incident handling and system protection.

Essential skills and knowledge

Previous experience in network cable running and termination.
