What are you going to do

These roles are critical to the success of the project. We are looking for experienced operators who are not only highly skilled in their primary role but can also support a dynamic, fast-paced civil earthworks environment through multi-skilled operation.

  • Scraper & Final Trim Operators
  • 6 x Multi-Skilled Operators (Mud Farming)
    • Minimum Dozer ticket required.
    • Excavator ticket highly preferred.
  • 2-3 x Water Truck Operators
    • HR Licence required.
    • Experience operating Bulk Water Trucks.
    • Additional tickets such as Roller, Dozer, or Excavator will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Scraper & Final Trim Operators

  • Operate scraper equipment efficiently for bulk earthworks and haul road construction.
  • Perform final trim operations using Grader, Dozer, or Excavator.
  • Operate GPS machine guidance systems.
  • Assist with other machinery as required (multi-skilled operators highly regarded).

Multi-Skilled Operators

  • Operate Dozers in mud farming operations.
  • Operate Excavators where required.
  • Support bulk earthworks and material management activities.
  • Assist across multiple plant as required to meet project demands.

Water Truck Operators

  • Operate bulk water trucks for dust suppression activities.
  • Conduct machine wash downs.
  • Complete general labouring duties as required.
  • Assist with other machinery where appropriately licensed and competent.

All Roles

  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and production targets.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing project team.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Scraper & Final Trim Operators

  • Proven experience operating scrapers (e.g. 627, 637, or similar) on civil or mining projects.
  • Proven experience as a Final Trim Operator on Excavator, Dozer, or Grader.

Multi-Skilled Operators

  • Minimum Dozer RII ticket and demonstrated operating experience.
  • Excavator ticket and experience highly preferred.
  • Experience working in civil earthworks or mining environments.

Water Truck Operators

  • Current HR Driver Licence.
  • Experience operating bulk water trucks.
  • Previous experience in dust suppression and machine wash downs preferred.
  • Additional plant tickets (Roller, Dozer, Excavator) will be an advantage.

  • Relevant RII tickets and a valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screen.
  • Strong commitment to site safety and teamwork.
