What are you going to do

Unterstützung bei der administrativen Abwicklung der Entgeltabrechnung, insbesondere für Aushilfskräfte
Pflege- und Erfassung von Personal- und Zeitdaten in Workday und SAP HCM
Prüfung und Vorbereitung abrechnungsrelevanter Unterlagen
Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Personalverwaltungsaufgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Personaldiesntleistung, Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office Anwendungen sowie in Workday oder SAP HCM von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse nice to have
