What are you going to do

Erstellung und Optimierung von NC-Messprogrammen mit Quindos für Messmaschinen von Hexagon / Leitz
Definition von Messstrategien, Tastern und Vorrichtungen in Abstimmung mit Fertigungs- und Prüfplanung
Weiterverarbeitung von CAD-Daten zur Programmierung automatisierter Messabläufe
Durchführung und Erprobung von Messprogrammen in der Werkstatt
Erstellung technischer Unterlagen (z. B. Aufspannskizzen, Einrichteblätter)
Verbesserung von Werkzeug- und Messeinsatz im Hinblick auf Kosten und Qualität
Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Messsysteme und Erstellung verfahrensspezifischer Vorgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Koordinatenmessmaschinen
Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich AUKOM (Stufe 3)
sehr gute Kenntnisse in Affinität zur Programmierung, Kenntnisse in Phyton oder MATlab
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
