What are you going to do

In ihrer Tätigkeit als Meister der Elektrotechnik führen Sie ein Team von ca. 20 Mitarbeitern im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
Des weiteren übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die termin-, qualitäts- und mengengerechte Produktion.
Sie sind tätig im Bereich Installation, Prüfung und Reparatur von Bauteilen und Baugruppen, sowie der Verdrahtung von Bedienpulten und Fahrerständen.
Ihre Aufgabe umfasst auch die Durchführung von Umrüstarbeiten, Modernisierungen und komplexen Instanthaltungsmaßnahmen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams sowie in der Installation, Prüfung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung von elektrotechnischen Bauteilen und Baugruppen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Methoden Lean, 5S, Shop Floor Management sowie im Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutz (ISO 9001:2015)
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Motivation, die Produktion kontinuierlich zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln
