What are you going to do

Instandhaltung, Wartung und Reparatur von Produktionsanlagen und Sondermaschinen
Fehlersuche an CNC-Steuerungen (z. B. Siemens Sinumerik Powerline, 840D, 840Dsl)
Schaltschrankmontage und Integration von Sensorik/Aktorik
Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (LEAN)
Unterstützung und Begleitung externer Wartungsfirmen bei technischen Einsätzen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Maschineninstandhaltung im industriellen Umfeld
Gute Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik, insbesondere mit SPS (Step7, TIA Portal)
Erfahrung mit Bussystemen (ProfiNet, IO-Link) und idealerweise Robotik (KUKA, Fanuc)
Erweiterte Kenntnisse in der Pneumatik
Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-/Spätschicht)
Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
