What are you going to do 

We zijn op zoek naar nieuwe ICT Servicedeskmedewerkers voor onze Multi Client Pool. In deze rol werk je voor verschillende opdrachtgevers en heb je rechtstreeks contact met eindgebruikers via telefoon, chat of face-to-face. Je lost hun problemen moeiteloos op of verwijst ze naar de juiste afdeling.

Bovendien bieden we je volop groeimogelijkheden binnen ons bedrijf door het behalen van certificeringen zoals ITIL 4, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt op kosten van Brunel.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Wij zijn op zoek naar IT Specialisten die:

  • Minimaal een mbo niveau 4 diploma in de richting van IT hebben.
  • Minimaal een jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol hebben.
  • Flexibel zijn wat betreft reisafstand (max. 60 minuten).
  • In het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs.
  • De Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift beheersen.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2700 en 3000 obv 40 uur (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
