What will you do?
Team Leadership & Operations. You are the go-to person for operational continuity at the site. You'll support shift teams daily by organizing schedules, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and managing team performance.
Stakeholder & Partner Management. You are the single point of contact for both internal and external partners on technical and HSE topics. You'll maintain professional relationships with subcontractors and ensure contractual service levels are met.
Technical Maintenance & Improvement Projects. You'll work on electrical, mechanical, and control systems - including installation, modification, and troubleshooting. You'll also lead initiatives that improve reliability and service quality.
Reporting & Compliance. You're responsible for administrative duties like monthly reporting, HR topics, budget control, and spare parts management. You'll ensure all operations meet safety and compliance standards.
You're a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments. You have a clear view of maintenance priorities and know how to make the right technical decisions under pressure. You enjoy motivating people and growing a team.
In addition, you have:
At least an HBO-level diploma in a technical or logistics-related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial, logistics, or automated systems environment.
Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and service contracts.
Familiarity with troubleshooting automated systems and controls.
A proactive, hands-on mentality with a focus on quality, uptime, and safety.
Fluency in Dutch and/or English

A gross monthly salary of €4,000 - €5,000 (excl. 8% holiday pay), depending on experience.
