What are you going to do

Liderar a estratégia de saúde ocupacional garantindo conformidade legal, prevenção de riscos, promoção da saúde e suporte às operações de alto risco do setor de óleo e gás.
Gestão do PCMSO
Interface com SESMT e Segurança do Trabalho
Gestão de indicadores de saúde ocupacional
Elaboração de programas da área de saúde ocupacional
Experiência com projetos para todas as disciplinas ligadas a QSMS
Atuação em ambientes de alto risco (NR-37, NR-30, NR-33, NR-35)
Coordenação de equipe médica e enfermagem
Gestão de terceiros (clínicas credenciadas)
Auditorias internas e externas
Investigação de nexo causal e afastamentos
Interface com ANVISA, Ministério do Trabalho e órgãos reguladores
Gestão de crises médicas (especialmente offshore)

Essential skills and knowledge

Graduação em Medicina
Especialização em Medicina do Trabalho (RQE)
Registro ativo no CRM
Desejável experiência prévia em óleo e gás
Experiência com gestão de equipe
Inglês avançado (será testado)
