Job Description:
- Prepare safety analysis technical specifications and assist Party A with safety analysis bid evaluation, clarification, and briefing.
- Organize and coordinate safety analysis workshops such as HAZID and HAZOP.
- Review, track, and close third-party safety analysis reports.
- Prepare, track, and close HSE registers, and prepare safety analysis close-out reports.
- Communicate with and close safety analysis-related comments with foreign clients.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant professionals on safety analysis matters.
- Other tasks assigned by Party A on an ad hoc basis.
- Manage the resourcing and Detail Engineering execution for the Technical HSE Team, project and discipline engineering meetings, reviews, technical safety workshops, PDMS / 3D review, and inter-discipline deliverables review
- Manage and review all Loss Prevention engineering deliverables for both greenfield and brownfield projects, including safety drawings and layouts, specifications, datasheets, firewater system design, and PDMS/3D safety models, while also providing comprehensive support for Formal Safety Assessments (safety studies)
- Oversee resourcing and EPIC execution for the Technical HSE Team, including project and discipline engineering meetings, design reviews, technical safety workshops, PDMS/3D model reviews, and interdisciplinary deliverable reviews
- Responsible for safeguarding electrical system safety, reliability, and performance, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, interface coordination, and adherence to industry best practices throughout all project phases
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering
- At least 13 years of experience in offshore engineering safety design (offshore platform, FPSO and semi-submersible platform, etc.)
- Experience in Loss Prevention design and Technical Safety Studies. He is involved in Conceptual, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPIC phases for offshore platform engineering projects
- Master the principles, methods, and processes of international mainstream security analysis and workshops, and have the ability to organize relevant security analysis and workshops independently
- Proficient in mastering international mainstream safety and fire protection design standards such as API and NFPA; Proficient in the development of conventional safety and fire protection plans and system design in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and flexible application
- Work diligently, rigorously, with a strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and can work overtime according to work needs
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, able to organize relevant personnel to solve problems and communicate with others
- Proficient in using common office and drawing software: PIPENET (Steady-State), PHAST, FLARESIM, Detect3D, InFlux, CFD-FLACS
