What are you going to do

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a Document Expeditor to take responsibility for vendor documentation expediting exercises across multiple projects.
  • You will manage document expediting personnel and act as the primary escalation point for internal vendor documentation queries.
  • Your role includes ensuring timely submission and internal review of documentation, coordinating with vendors to resolve issues, and supporting project close-out activities.
  • You will participate in key package gate meetings and work closely with document control teams to maintain efficient workflows.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in document control or document expediting
  • HBO education or equivalent
  • Experience working on EPC projects
  • Proven experience managing personnel or small teams
  • Knowledge of project material expediting and document control is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments
  • Strong competencies in expediting, analytics and reporting, logistics, and quality control plans
  • Familiarity with inspection, testing, commissioning, and monitoring processes
  • Understanding of purchasing tools, package management, and third-party relations
  • Negotiation skills and ability to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders
