Du bringst kaufmännisches Verständnis mit, liebst es, den Überblick zu behalten, und willst aktiv an internationalen Projekten mitwirken? Als Contract Manager sorgst du dafür, dass alles zusammenläuft - von der Angebotserstellung über die Vertragsprüfung bis zur Zahlungsabwicklung. Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Projektleitung, Controlling, Einkauf und Logistik, immer mit dem Ziel, wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Abläufe sicherzustellen.

In deiner Tätigkeit koordinierst du alle exportrelevanten Anforderungen unserer nationalen und internationalen Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Versandabteilung.
Des Weiteren unterstützt du die Projektkalkulation - insbesondere im Hinblick auf Provisionen, lokale Steuern und Finanzierungskosten - und lieferst so eine wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlage.
Du bist tätig im Bereich Angebots- und Projektverwaltung, führst unsere zentrale Datenbank und stellst sicher, dass alle kaufmännischen Informationen aktuell und nachvollziehbar gepflegt sind.
Deine Aufgabe umfasst außerdem die Prüfung, Erstellung und Verhandlung von kaufmännischen Verträgen - darunter Kaufverträge, Werk- und Lieferverträge, Servicevereinbarungen sowie Rahmenverträge.
Abschließend übernimmst du die kaufmännische Projektabwicklung - von der Angebotserstellung über die Rechnungsstellung bis hin zur Bürgschaftsbeantragung. Du überwachst Zahlungsflüsse, unterstützt aktiv das Forderungsmanagement und entwickelst bei Abweichungen gemeinsam mit dem Team pragmatische Lösungen zur Budgeteinhaltung.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Industriefachwirt:in oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Projektumfeld - insbesondere in der kaufmännischen Betreuung und im Vertragsmanagement
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP sowie MS Office
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
