What are you going to do

Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation und Budgetierung schlüsselfertiger Hochbauprojekte auf Basis von 3D-Modellen (z. B. mit Allplan, Nevaris)
Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen nach VOB/BGB/DIN mit BIM-gestützten Tools
Einholung und Auswertung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten sowie Teilnahme an Vergabeverhandlungen
Analyse von Chancen, Risiken, Kostenentwicklungen und Nachträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam
Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen, Kunden, Planern und Nachunternehmern zur Klärung technischer und kaufmännischer Details
Regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche, Verhandlung von Subunternehmerleistungen und Ausarbeitung von Sondervorschlägen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bauwesen mit 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Hochbaukalkulation
Sicherer Umgang mit BIM, 3D-Modelling und Kalkulationssoftware (z. B. Allplan, Nevaris)
Technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und belastbar
Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2-3 Mal pro Monat)
