What are you going to do

  • Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Datennetzwerken (Ethernet) im Bereich Ladeinfrastruktur
  • Durchführung von Client-Installationen beim Kunden (WSS-basiert)
  • Anbindung von Clients an Backends verschiedener Hersteller sowie Integration lokaler und externer Netzwerke
  • Analyse, Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen direkt vor Ort
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden und interne Stakeholder
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration zusätzlicher Datenschnittstellen
  • Beratung und Konfiguration von Firewalls im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Systemintegration und Netzwerkanbindung von Ladeinfrastruktur

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), Netzwerktechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Bis zu 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT- oder elektrotechnischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux, Serversystemen sowie TCP/IP
  • Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in WebSocket und OCPP
  • Reisebereitschaft für deutschlandweite Kundeneinsätze
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
