Reporting to the Business Director, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of strategic ICT projects across the organisation

  • Develop and refine policies to support operational efficiency and service delivery

  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective change management

  • Evaluate systems and processes to recommend improvements aligned with organisations strategic goals

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience in project management and ICT-related change initiatives

  • Prior experience in leading a team
  • Strong skills in policy development and operational planning

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with diligence
