Reporting to the Business Director, you will:
Lead the implementation of strategic ICT projects across the organisation
Develop and refine policies to support operational efficiency and service delivery
Consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective change management
Evaluate systems and processes to recommend improvements aligned with organisations strategic goals
Proven experience in project management and ICT-related change initiatives
Strong skills in policy development and operational planning
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with diligence
