Education & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (preferably in fields related to Oil & Gas, Energy, or similar technical disciplines).
Required Experience and Technical Competencies (relevant experience and technical skills):
- 3-6 years of experience in project engineering or technical support roles, ideally within Oil & Gas, CCS, or energy infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle phases, especially execution and reporting phases.
- Experience with technical reporting and documentation management in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Good knowledge of regulatory environments, preferably with exposure to UK regulatory frameworks and Ofgem processes (experience not mandatory but highly valued).
- Ability to critically assess and synthesize technical information from multiple sources.
- Proficient in project interface management and coordination.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
