Introduction

We are looking for an Information Manager to work with one of our major clients in Houston, TX.

What are you going to do

  • Develop and maintain Document Control and Information Management procedures.

  • Administer EDMS systems (Aconex, SharePoint) and ensure proper setup for all users.

  • Manage project documentation, including coding, retrieval, correspondence, and distribution.

  • Coordinate with contractors, partners, and stakeholders on document control matters.

  • Provide training and enforce compliance with document control standards.

  • Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy and completeness of records.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

  • Stay current with trends and technologies in information management.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in information management and document control within large projects.

  • Proficiency with EDMS systems, especially Aconex and SharePoint.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environments.

  • Excellent communication and training skills.

  • Knowledge of data protection and compliance standards.
