Introduction

Are you ready to take a key role in enhancing the reliability and maintainability of advanced military vehicles and systems? As an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist, you directly contribute to reducing life cycle costs while maximizing operational performance. You'll work in a technical environment where your analytical skills and structured mindset make a real impact.

What are you going to do 

You will play a key role across the entire life cycle of military systems. from design to long-term support:

  • Structure technical data by collecting, interpreting, and maintaining specifications, test results, and supplier documentation. You'll prepare this data for use in LSA tools and databases.
  • Collaborate with engineering to align system designs with reliability, availability, and maintainability goals - making systems easier to operate and service.
  • Deliver full ILS documentation, including maintenance concepts, RAM analyses, Life Cycle Costing (LCC), spares modeling, user manuals, repair guides, and training materials.
  • Support the in-service phase by updating ILS deliverables based on system improvements, ensuring long-term operational readiness.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • At least an HBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a similar field.
  • Several years of experience in a similar technical or ILS-related role.
  • Familiarity with ILS methodologies and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA).
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and vehicle systems.
  • The ability to write and edit technical documentation clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with ASD S1000D, S2000M, and/or MIL-STD-1388-2B is a plus.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and SAP.
  • Command of English in speaking and writing; German is a plus.
