What are you going to do 

Als hypotheekacceptant beoordeel je nauwkeurig de binnengekomen hypotheekaanvragen. Je beoordeelt de kredietwaardigheid van de klant en toets dit aan wet- en regelgeving. Vervolgens zorg je voor de goedkeuring of afwijzing van de aanvraagels en het beleid van Stater, met een duidelijke onderbouwing. Het is jouw taak om ervoor te zorgen dat het hele proces soepel verloopt, tot aan de ondertekening van de hypotheekakte. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het verwezenlijken van de woondromen van klanten door je gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkwijze.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau om succesvol te zijn in deze rol.
  • Een sterke motivatie om te werken als hypotheekacceptant, met affiniteit voor financiën.
  • Het vermogen om proactief te werken en snel te schakelen.
  • Het bezit van Wft Basis certificering en Wft Hypothecair Krediet of de bereidheid om deze snel te behalen, samen met andere WFft-certificaten.

  • Een competitief salaris tussen €3.000,- en €3.600,- op basis van 40 uur.
