What are you going to do

Entgeltabrechnung mit Präzision
Vorbereitung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung
bei entsprechender Qualifikation auch Durchführung und Prüfung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen steuerlichen, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften
Durchführung von operativen und administrativen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des gesamten Employee-Lifecycles unserer Mitarbeitenden
Schnittstellen-Koordination
Abwicklung des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens sowie Korrespondenz mit Ämtern, Krankenkassen, Versicherungen und Behörden

Essential skills and knowledge

abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung im Lohn- und Gehaltsbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bayrischen Metall- und Elektrotarifvertrag
fundierte aktuelle Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Personalabrechnungssoftware
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
