Scope of Work and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement foreign expatriate human resources for the project; develop and improve HR management systems and processes for foreign personnel.
- Recruit foreign personnel for the project, coordinate expatriate relations, and manage their performance.
- Ensure compliance in managing foreign personnel, ensuring their employment aligns with relevant laws and government regulations in Singapore; monitor policy changes and provide optimization suggestions for expatriate HR management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Over 5 years of HR management experience, including at least 3 years of work experience in Singapore.
- Familiar with Singapore's labor laws, regulations, and HR policies; strong data analysis and policy interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders in China HQ.
- Excellent communication, coordination, team management skills, and execution capabilities.
