What are you going to do

Bearbeitung von administrativen Personalprozessen wie z.B. Heirat, Schwangerschaftsatteste, Berechnung von Urlaubsanspruch und Mitterschaftsgeld, Elternzeit sowie Teilzeit während der Elternzeit
Beratung der Mitarbeiter:innen zu personalwirtschaftlichen Themen und Fragestellungen
Mitwirkung im Team bei der Bearbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Themen
Pflege und Administration im SAP HCM (Stammdaten, Bewegungsdaten, Zeitwirtschaft, Abrechnungsläufe)

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossnee kaufmännische Ausbildung notwendig
Erfahrung im HR-Bereich erforderlich
Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung notwendig
Kenntnisse in SAP HCM notwendig
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
