What are you going to do

Act as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the entire lease lifecycle (8-12 years).
Conduct regular visits to depots to inspect trains and maintenance processes.
Monitor fleet performance and ensure technical compliance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues.
Provide proactive support and guidance to customers on technical matters.
Travel monthly to Cologne for internal coordination and reporting.

Essential skills and knowledge

Degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical or operational role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
Proficient in using digital tools and systems.
Fluent in Czech and English; German is a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly within the Czech Republic and occasionally to Germany.
