What are you going to do

Betrieb und Wartung der Arbeitsplätze
Wartung und Instandhaltung der Hardware der Arbeitsplätze und IT Infrastruktur
Verwaltung und Sicherung der mobilen Endgeräte
Inventarisierung, Verwaltung und Automatisierung von IT-Geräten (Assets) sowie deren Betrieb (Client Management)
Helpdesk und 1st Level Support
Durchführung des On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeiten
Betreuung der Arbeitsplatz-Software

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker der Systemintegration
Erste Erfahrung in der Betreuung einer IT Infrastruktur
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich 1st Level Support
Erste Erfahrung von Windows und Linux Betriebssystemen
