Introduction

We are recruiting a Electrical Engineer to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Bangalore/Chennai/Pune and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Infrastructure sector.

What are you going to do

Position: Electrical Engineer.

Contract: On Permanent Role.

Performing activities of a limited scope, based on principles and techniques commonly employed in electrical engineering design
Getting familiarized with project management techniques and Company management system to broaden the understanding of multi discipline design concepts in preparation of advancement to the next level.
Reporting to Discipline Lead and responsible for guiding and supervising a group of engineers / designers
Function as Project Lead for a Project / multiple projects, and fully responsible for all Electrical design activities / deliverables for the project(s)
Experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design and Engineering works for Water & Waste Water Treatment works and industrial projects.
Review and checking of design calculations and drawings and to ensure technical correctness and conformance to project requirements.
Review Scope of Work from Preliminary Design Report and Estimate the man-hours required to complete the task.

Essential skills and knowledge

Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
Total Years of Experience: 5- 10 years
Electrical Power and Lighting Design/ WTP & WWTP/ Power System Analysis.
Experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities or industrial
facilities is preferred
Proficiency with SKM Power*Tools or other electrical system analysis software is Preferred
Development of design criteria, specifications and standards.
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code is preferable
