Introduction

  • Responsible for implementation execution of digital products/projects
  • Drive digital product roadmap, enhancements and operations enterprise-wide.

What are you going to do

  • Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets, schedules and resources plan.
  • Develop detailed plans and monitor progress (e.g., milestone tracking).
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., COMPANY mgmt., products development teams, IS SMEs) for the duration of the project.
  • Ensure digital strategies and project deliverables are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Use content management systems and project management software.
  • Ensure risks are assessed and escalated on time for prompt mitigation actions.
  • Executive-level experience at driving business and technology change.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent relationship management skills at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Overall understanding of industry needs, trends and core processes and the use of digital products to optimize performance.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and way of working.
  • Experience in managing complex digital transformation journey with a business value-driven approach.
  • Ability to coordinate and align key executive stakeholders for both Business and IS sides.
  • Digital project sprints plan, milestones, dependencies
  • Sprint reviews documentation
  • Risk logs and mitigation documentations
  • Executive meetings documents

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 8 years' demonstrated experience for the required skillsets
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Information Management or Computer Science or an engineering/business related equivalent
