Je werkt op het snijvlak van data, strategie en samenwerking - en zorgt dat de producten op tijd bij de klant zijn.

What are you going to do 

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen en verbeteren van de demand planning, zowel operationeel (13 weken) als tactisch (18-24 maanden).
  • Samenwerken met sales, marketing, finance en supply planning om ontwikkelingen als promoties, seizoensinvloeden, tenders en productintroducties goed te vertalen naar een realistische forecast.
  • Analyseren en challengen van commerciële input, en het geven van onderbouwd advies op eigen initiatief of op aanvraag.
  • Actieve rol in het S&OP-proces, inclusief demand reviews, allocaties en afstemming met supply points.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Je bent een teamspeler met een scherpe blik op cijfers én processen. Je weet hoe je commerciële stakeholders mee krijgt, ook internationaal. Je communiceert helder en past je stijl moeiteloos aan per cultuur en situatie. Je durft door te vragen, en houdt altijd het gezamenlijke doel voor ogen. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Een hbo-diploma met minimaal 4 jaar, of een wo-diploma met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in demand planning of supplychain.
  • Ervaring in een FMCG- of foodomgeving is een grote pré.
  • Affiniteit met forecasting, statistiek en planningssystemen.
  • Kennis van Power BI, Excel (gevorderd) en ERP-systemen zoals OMP of SAP APO.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels.

Je komt terecht in het demand planning team van Horeca & Bakery, in omgeving Amersfoort. Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.000 en €5.500 (afhankelijk van ervaring), excl. 8% vakantiegeld.
  • Een opdracht van 3 maanden via Brunel, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding.
