Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client - a global leader in environmental services. This is a great position for someone who is reliable and detail-oriented looking to join a supportive, collaborative team of six. In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in providing administrative and phone-based support to our internal commercial teams, while ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.

What are you going to do 

  • Handle inbound calls from the internal commercial team and support inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Document customer concerns and service requests, ensuring accurate data entry and validation
  • Resolve or escalate customer issues in alignment with internal policies
  • Track, follow up on, and resolve complaints, processing any necessary product replacements or billing corrections
  • Support your team's specialists with admin duties including spreadsheet management and data validation
  • Maintain strong communication with peers and supervisors to ensure service consistency

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support roles is an asset
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy
  • Ability to clearly communicate and provide professional service over the phone
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to internal systems and SOPs
