What are you going to do

Entwicklung und Bewertung innovativer Produktideen zur Kostensenkung ohne Qualitätsverlust, unter Anwendung von Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE)
Analyse von Designs, Materialien und Fertigungsprozessen, inkl. Benchmarking und Erarbeitung technischer Optimierungskonzepte
Umsetzung von Konstruktionsänderungen, Verwaltung neuer Versionen im PLM-System sowie Erstellung von Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Beschaffung, Produktion und Lieferanten weltweit sowie Unterstützung bei der wirtschaftlichen Validierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Technische BWL, Operational Excellence oder vergleichbares Studium notwendig
Erfahrung in der technischen Konstruktion vorzugsweise in PTC Creo und Windchill erforderlich
Kenntnisse in der VA/VE-Methodik (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) sowie im Änderungsmanagement wünschenswert
Arbeitskenntnisse über Diesel- und Gasverbrennungsmotoren oder Generatorsysteme von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
