We’re hiring Controls Coordinator / Administrator for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.
What are you going to do
Position: Controls Coordinator / Administrator
YOE: 5 to 10 Years.
Contract: On Contract.
Location: Bangalore.
Job scope:
- The candidate would be responsible to perform the sampling check for controls compliance for Fuels and Lubes Account setup and Material Master/counter party setups.
- His key role is to have monthly connects established with the key stakeholders and report out the abnormalities and work towards fixing those diligently.
The role is IT + accounting:-
- Candidate with finance and accounting background;
- Manage compliant related documentation (SharePoint);
- Order to cash;
- Internal audit;
- SOX compliance;
- Statutory audit;
- Risk assessment.
Essential skills and knowledge
- 5 to 10 Years of experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or related degree;
- Prior experience in information and record management, administration and data analysis.
