What are you going to do

Als Contractmanager verbind je commercie, juridische kaders en uitvoering. Je zorgt dat contracten waarde opleveren voor klant én organisatie. Met oog voor detail en kansen bewaak je naleving, kwaliteit en groei. Jij houdt je bezig met:

Analyseren en beheren van contracten om risico's te minimaliseren
Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen binnen bestaande klantrelaties
Adviseren van interne teams over juridische en economische aspecten van contracen
Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving binnen contractbeheer

Essential skills and knowledge

Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur op economisch/juridisch vlak
Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in zakelijke dienstverlening of B2B-verkoop
Kennis van de detachering- of consultancybranche is een pré
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding
