What are you going to do

Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.
Manages and ensures successful execution of LQ Topsides structures fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).
To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Structure fabrication, Mechanical Completion to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.
To review deviations to Company construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities.
Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
Review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.
To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all structure subject, MC,Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
To Participate to Risk Assessments kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
To participate to REX and Lessons Learned for the Company.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering
8 years specific involvement in project execution with previous leading roles in structural Fabrication within an EPC contract execution environment in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education.
