What are you going to do

  • Will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities. Will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure systems and installations are delivered safely and according to specifications of the vessels build abroad:
  • Analyzing technical commissioning specifications, ITPs, drawings, documentation, and test protocols.
  • Developing commissioning plans in collaboration with the project planner.
  • Supervising and supporting commissioning activities performed by subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Executing commissioning activities in line with customer requirements, specifications, quality standards, and planning-on shipyards where vessels are being constructed

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.
  • Degree in shipbuilding, marine engineering, or a related field (minimum MBO+ level).
  • Experience with IHC, in offshore and/or dredging projects is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in English (Dutch is a plus).
