Introduction

Brunel International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commissioning Lead with expertise in Telecoms, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS). What are you going to do

As the Commissioning Lead, you will oversee and coordinate all commissioning activities related to Telecoms, Electrical, Instrumentation, and ICSS systems across various project sites. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing out commissioning phases, ensuring all systems function as designed and meet client specifications. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients will be essential to drive successful project delivery. The role demands hands-on leadership, problem-solving skills, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Essential skills and knowledge 

- Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead or similar role within Telecoms, Electrical, Instrumentation, and ICSS domains - Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, standards, and best practices
- Extensive experience in managing commissioning teams and subcontractors - Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with industry health, safety, and environmental regulations - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
